Dayana founded Valero Legal in 2015 after seeing opportunities go unserved when firms lacked the support to take them on. She wanted attorneys to have access to experienced help that understood their work and cared about their clients.
What began as contract paralegal support evolved into helping firms build employment-based practices of their own. The purpose remains the same: to strengthen the firms we work with and their ability to serve clients well.
