Dayana Valero
Founder & CEO
Dayana has assisted attorneys with over 700 immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions. As Founder of Valero Legal, she has helped her clients take in a higher volume of cases as well as expand their areas of expertise to include business immigration cases.
Dayana has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has worked in the immigration law field as a paralegal since 2004. She has extensive experience in corporate immigration and has worked with small businesses and large global companies engaged in a wide range of industries including: healthcare, entertainment, education/research, banking, retail and technology. She also works extensively with entrepreneurs and high net-worth individuals regarding investment-based visa applications as well as with multi-national executives and managers.
Previously, Dayana worked at Fragomen Worldwide, one of the largest global immigration firms. She currently works with client partners in Florida, Texas and California assisting with their business plan writing needs and visa preparation.
Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Dayana is fluent in both English and Spanish.
